Accommodation of pets is no longer permitted from January 1st, 2024.
Elevator
Our hotel has 5 floors. The elevator goes to the 4th floor.
Bed tax
From April 1st, 2023, the city of Konstanz will charge a tourism and climate protection tax (bed tax) for private and business trips.
This replaces the previous visitor’s tax – an additional 5.6% of the current daily or booked overnight price will be charged for private and business trips
You will receive a guest card = Bodenseecard West when you check in at the hotel (free travel ticket for guests: relaxed on the go by bus and train)
– 20% discount on the Kurschiffe between Schaffhausen and Konstanz (no ferry)
– Selected free guided tours, discounts at bathing establishments and museums, cheap rental fees for bicycles and boats
– Free bus use in Constance
– Free travel on local city and regional buses as well as RB/RE/IRE/SBB/HZL/S-Bahn and IC trains granted

The guest card is also valid on the day of departure or during your entire stay in the hotel. Even if the guest card is not used, the tourism and climate protection tax of the city of Konstanz is due.
Your bikes
Our inner courtyard is available for bicycles to be safely parked on request or prior notification.
Cots
Children aged 0-3 years can sleep in their parents’ room free of charge.
We provide cots on request for a fee of 10 euros per bed.
Kettle
We can provide you with a kettle free of charge on request.
